I'm A Winner!

Another exciting moment that happened to me was that I won a door prize from Evelyn Outlaw (Instagram: evoutlaw.writer, linktr.ee/drama_queen_publications)

We met at the Carolina Festival Stories event.

It is a very beautiful gift. Before I could even open it, my kids were already trying to pick out what they were going to keep. I told them it’s a no go. Especially my candle 😆.

Evelyn is so nice. It was a pleasure meeting her. She drove from Clayton to meet me in Fayetteville. I wish we had more time to talk. Especially trading more hilarious stories.

Please check out Evelyn's books. I left her information above the picture.

After working on my third Lion Blood book, I'm going to take the time to color in my mermaid coloring book. I'll let that be my "Me" time.

Crochet On Hold

I have taken down my crochet shop on this website. As I've stated before, I am doing big things. My first step was making sure things were set up correctly with my writing business. I have a few more steps to go with that. Then I'll be able to work more on the crochet side of things. I am still crocheting, and I might post a picture or two. I just have to work on the business side of things for this, too.

Yes, I'm still doing all of this while working a full-time job. But, I'm putting more energy into what I meant to do instead of what I have to do.

Writing And Bookcovers

As I stated earlier, I have been working on my third Lion Blood book. I think creating the books covers has taken over the story. Not only that, I have been working on the book covers for the Chronicles of Bennubia. Then this led me to work on the Chronicles of Bennubia stories.

And, honestly, I think the Chronicles of Bennubia has taken a different direction. The title might change too.

I'll leave you with the new book cover for Lion Blood Three.

Until next time, Friends...
